Learn oil painting basics in this evening workshop, focusing on color theory and brushstroke, with an emphasis on color mixing, while creating a tall skinny cactus. Students will use water-mixable oil paints on a stretched canvas. All supplies included. Don’t wear nice clothes. Aprons available. Please feel free to brings snacks. The Inspiration Bar can be open.

Instructor Bio: McCall is a mom of two young kiddos, the Warehouse’s Marketing Director, and an avid oil painter in her free time, creating usually weird and whimsical surrealist portraits. She got her degree in ceramics from UW-Madison and was a high/middle school art teacher in Colorado before moving to the Northwoods. You can find her Instagram here

Cancellation policy:
Class fees must be paid at the time of registration.
Full refunds or credits will be issued in the event a class or workshop is cancelled.
You must cancel a minimum of a week prior to the class or workshop in order to receive a 75% refund or 100% credit towards a future class.
No refunds or credits will be made for cancelling within a week of the first day of the class or workshop.
