Stock Gifts
Gifts of appreciate securities provide tax benefits to the donor by offsetting capital gain.
Matching Gifts
Double or triple your dollars. Your gift may be eligible for a matchng gift from your company. Please contact your Human Resources department for matching gift form.
Memorial Gifts
A wonderful way to memorialize of honor a loved one is through a gift in his/her name. Recognition of this honor will be provided in the Recap of the Year Annual Publication. Substantial gifts will be recognized as part of the Legacy Project and will be honored on a plaque displayed in the Warehouse.
Planned Giving
There are many ways to support The Warehouse Four Seasons Center for the Arts through a variety of giving vehicles. Examples of these types of gifts include bequests, charitable remainder trusts, charitable gift annuities, life insurance policies, charitable lead trusts, and giving gifts of cash and/or appreciated assets (stocks, bonds, real estate & other property).
