LIVE! @ Inspiration Bar

LIVE! @ Inspiration Bar occurs almost every Friday at the Warehouse Community Arts Center. This weekly family-friendly event is FREE to attend. Some Friday's it’s a concert from a local musician or band, others it’s Open Mic or Karaoke! Whatever it is, it’s a free, fun time celebrating music and performance.

Stop in and enjoy live, authentic performances in a friendly atmosphere while you wet your whistle whilst listening to local Northwoods musicians. The Inspiration Bar is our main source of funding this public art music experience.

First Friday of the month is Open Mic, and karaoke is sprinkled in throughout, so be sure to check the schedule below.

May 3 - open mic lab w/ jimmy Meiers

Free to attend and perform!

Join us for an evening of artistic sharing. This event is dedicated to the experimental performance of all things creative including, but not limited to: comedy, film, music, poetry, storytelling, and theater.

May 10 - Dan and Lori wallender

This husband and wife duo play original as well as a variety of covers. Dan plays acoustic guitar, harmonica, and sings. Lori sings, plays harmonica, tambourines, and shakers. They love to get the crowd involved, but mostly they love bringing smiles to people’s faces with their music.

May 17 - karaoke night

Because sometimes you just feel like singing! Come join us for a fun filled evening of classic Karaoke singing with your friends. No experience necessary. Experience what it’s like to hear your voice through a sound system!

May 24 - Mark Dvorak

Mark Dvorak is a modern day troubadour who has never stopped performing, writing and recording. He has been called a folk singer’s folk singer who has an encyclopedic knowledge of traditional songs. His song writing has been called “wondrous” and “profound.”

May 31 - Northwoods Ukers

From Tin Pan Alley to rock ‘an roll to country, The Northwoods Ukers is a group of fun-loving people who love to sing and play the ukulele. Help us kick off the summer this extra-festive way as the Northwoods Ukers perform the “Best 50’s Songs Ever”!
