CLASS DESCRIPTION:
Learn fundamentals of fermentation! Making your own quart jar of sauerkraut (plain or dill pickle version!) and a quart jar of kimchi. Take cabbage to the next level, adding great gut health along the delicious way.
Students will learn how to safely prepare food and come home with recipes and two glass quart jars of yummy.
