CLASS DESCRIPTION:
Learn fundamentals of making pasta from scratch! You will prepare pappardelle and cavatelli, enjoy samples with different sauces, and take some home to boot! Beginner friendly. Please bring a rolling pin and apron if you have one.
Instructor bio:
FOOD GEEK: Nutritionist, Chef, Food Scientist, Foraging Expert. I am on a mission to bring families back to their kitchens and dinner tables.
Cancellation policy:
Class fees must be paid at the time of registration.
Full refunds or credits will be issued in the event a class or workshop is cancelled.
You must cancel a minimum of a week prior to the class or workshop in order to receive a 75% refund.
No refunds or credits will be made for cancelling within a week of the first day of the class or workshop.
A $5 processing fee will be charged for refunded classes.
