CLASS DESCRIPTION:
A fun girls night or date night! Learn the culinary science of simple syrups, followed by creating craft mocktails or cocktails using seasonal fresh rhubarb syrup. Rhubarb Mojitos with variations will be prepared by participants.
Students will get two drinks. Nicole will also be selling her bottled simple syrups, please bring cash if interested in purchasing.
Instructor bio:
FOOD GEEK: Nutritionist, Chef, Food Scientist, Foraging Expert. I am on a mission to bring families back to their kitchens and dinner tables.
Cancellation policy:
Class fees must be paid at the time of registration.
Full refunds or credits will be issued in the event a class or workshop is cancelled.
You must cancel a minimum of a week prior to the class or workshop in order to receive a 75% refund.
No refunds or credits will be made for cancelling within a week of the first day of the class or workshop.
A $5 processing fee will be charged for refunded classes.
