The Brandy Lake Drumming Circle is a community of joyful Northwoods individuals
who facilitate participants to engage in an age-old rhythmic experience of connection,
relaxation and restoration. Group drumming not only reduces tension and boosts
immunity, but it supports a sense of connectedness with self and others. No experience is
necessary. Drumming participation is optional, though extra drums/percussion
