Inspiration examples from the Web
Each class will be based on a famous artist such as:
Charles Biederman, Alexander Calder, Marc Chagall, Frida Kahlo, Wassily Kandinsky
Maria Martinez, Piet Mondrian, Edvard Munch, Pablo Piccaso, Norman Rockwell
Each class will focus on a different artist and students will learn about various art movements and forms, and discuss different functions of art such as communication, expression, representation. Students will then engage in a variety of techniques using diverse mediums.
age 11 and older
