Intro to Sgraffito Decoration: Tile/Trivet

If you are new to sgraffito, this is your invitation to play! A freshly made tile ready to etch and carve. It’s such a pleasure to decorate the surface with drawing and pattern, etching through the underglaze to the clay body beneath.

Participants will choose from three design options.

Cost: $45 / participant

Instructor’s time is being donated back to The Warehouse.

Participants will receive 1/2 to 3/4 lbs of clay, which will be pre-prepped by the instructor the day before. Instructor will clear glaze each time following bisque firing.
