T’ai Chi (the supreme ultimate exercise) with Peter Wisla

T’ai Chi is a low-impact, ancient Chinese exercise that progresses through a series of slow, gentle movements that flow together. There are many health benefits to T’ai Chi, such as improved balance, strength, endurance, and self-confidence, and may also help prevent falls in seniors. It is also beneficial for all ages, fitness levels, and abilities!
Classes to be held in The Winter Studio.
Participants will be spaced according to social distancing recommendations and extra safety precautions will be in place.
