This upcoming workshop is about making this info accessible and open to everyone, even those shy of “yoga”. Attendees needn’t be able to navigate the ups and downs of a usual yoga class to attend. Yoga mats are optional. People who prefer to, or need to, sit will get as much out of it as those who choose to be on their mats.
Bottom line– All levels of physical mobility are welcome 🙂   Yoga wear is not required
I would prefer attendees wear what they feel best in and ask only that clothing does not restrict movement or breath.

Class fees must be paid at the time of registration.
Full refunds or credits will be issued in the event a class or workshop is cancelled.
You must cancel a minimum of a week prior to the class or workshop in order to receive a 75% refund or 100% credit towards a future class.
No refunds or credits will be made for cancelling within a week of the first day of the class or workshop.
