If you like to dance, this class gives you the chance!
- Tuesdays, 7/16, 7/23, 7/30, 8/6, 8/13, 8/20, 8/27
- 9:00 AM – 10:15 AM
- $10 per session
Using basic yoga poses as a foundation, and adding dance elements, you are guided through movements that will sculpt you, inspire you & stretch you, all while being inspired by some great tunes.

- Movement: 50 minutes straight.
- Stretch and Relax: 25 minutes
- Cross trainers or dance shoes are best (if you want to wear shoes).
- No running shoes, please.
- Please bring your mats for the final stretch.
