Altered Books with Cathy Calvetti

Create a custom altered book to share your passions or tell your life story! An altered book is a form of mixed media artwork that changes a book from its original form into a different form, altering its appearance and/or meaning.

BIO OF INSTRUCTOR: Catherine Calvetti is a mixed-media artist, teacher, photographer, and author who is inspired by nature. She grew up in Wisconsin with the abundance of the Nicolet National Forest surrounding her. She has adventurously dabbled in art since she could hold a crayon.

This class is for 7th grade – adult (4th-6th graders welcome if accompanied by an adult).
