ART Adventures at The Kalmar Senior Center!

This class will be a Seated Creative Movement with artist dancer Brittany Beyer, offered every other Tuesday. Brittany will base the class on yoga and different dance modalities, tailoring the exercises to the individuals taking the class. Focus will range from creating balance, finding flexibility, strengthening the core, and reclaiming underlying stability in movement transitions.

The cost is $5 per class. Pre-registration is preferred but not required.  Register online here or by calling The Warehouse to reserve your spot at 715-479-4060. Classes will be held at Kalmar Senior Center at 1011 Railroad Street, Eagle River WI 54521. Bring your friends for an exciting adventure!
