7:00 pm - 9:00 pm
Memoir is the art of telling your story—-who you are, how you got here, and what you’ve learned along the way. Whether you want to talk about your painful past, tell about the summer you fell in love, or explain your adventures shopping at Wal-Mart, I want to give you the tools to tell your story in a way that’s entertaining, engaging, and enlightening. Come enjoy a discussion on writing where the star of the story is YOU.
Trisha White Priebe is a wife, mom, writer, and shameless fan of water polo. She is a novelist, a conference speaker, and a memoir enthusiast (having helped dozens of people tell their stories in engaging ways). Most recently, she co-wrote a series of young adult novels alongside Jerry B. Jenkins, author of the highly acclaimed Left Behind series. Next on her list: helping YOU tell YOUR story.
Arts on Tap is co-sponsored by The Olson Memorial Library and WXPR.
