Almost nothing evokes summer like fresh-picked
herbs, and these are a great way to get some excitement onto a plate!

Join culinary artist Dottie Reeder in a day of experiencing the use of herbs in a brand new way.
We’ll make some herb-infused drinks; Herb Bouquets (to use in
vinaigrettes, soups and stews; and Herb oils and dips.

This class will be held at the First Congregational United Church of Christ. 

Online registration closes August 10th. The class is $30 with supplies tbd. You can hold your reservation with a $5 deposit paid the day of the event, but it is non-refundable unless in the event of emergency or cancellation of class.imgres-1
