EcoDyeing and EcoPrinting: A 2 Part Series

Learn the art of ecodyeing and ecoprinting. In session one on April 13th, learn basic bundle wrapping/botanical contact printing and make sample swatches of natural dyes created from plants from wild harvested, cultivated and vegetable matter! Create a beautiful ecoprinted scarf. In session two on April 20th, building on what you learned in session 1 you will make a vat of natural dye from start to finish and work with a few dye vats using mordanted cotton/linen fabrics and also make a small concertina ecoprinted “book” on paper.
